Holidays are always a welcome change. The best way to make use of time is to travel to the best places of pleasure, and charm. Therefore, visits to certain great and important places are really very useful in many ways. always enjoy visits to historical places very much. It is my routine to visit special places or go for a picnic with my family and friends whenever I find free time and get a chance to do so. Last Sunday, when the One week Mid-Term holidays started our group of friends decided to visit the beautiful River Chenab at Multan. The very idea was so exciting and pleasant. The beauties of Nature are a blessing.

We all need to take a break and visit our favourite place, mall, garden, picnic spot, riverside, hill station or any place we will surely feel pleasure and peace of mind.

River Chenab and its Shores with Boats

A visit to a riverside is something every person should experience. One will always remember the time spent at the riverside. Last Sunday, I had the happiest time of my life as I had a Visit to the amazing river Chenab near the historical city Multan. The scene was really very charming. The beautiful Water was flowing, the Cool breeze was blowing and I was walking on the bank of the river. The birds were singing their sweet songs in the trees. Some animals were swimming in the cool water. A small boy of twelve was riding on the back of a buffalo looked like a king riding his horse. The tall trees were waving their branches. The boats were sailing smoothly on the surface Of the river. It was a scene of great joy.

It was a great comfort from the noisy city life. The pollution of the factories and the deafening horns of vehicles were nowhere. No hurry and no worry of fast city life. Here life was quite calm and peaceful. The people were making the most of this place and occasion. They were fully enjoying their day out. The kids were running. jumping and dancing around.

There was overjoyed to see the beauty of the sunset at a riverside. This was the most beautiful sight to watch the sun slowly going down. The mild light and the grace were so lovely. It was another charming colour of natural beauty.

There was a special peace and pleasure at that place. Every sight and every Sound was really very amazing. It was a magical place. There was such peace and perfection that had never experienced before. Sometimes, I wonder time and again, why many of us do not spare time to see such beauties and bounties offered and granted by Nature? Why we are so engrossed in our static and monotonous routine affairs? Why we repeat the most repeated line, "We have no time!"?

Last Sunday, a visit to a riverside was one of the best days of my life. I returned home with rich memories gathered by a visit to a riverside. would never ever forget the joys of this day. No doubt such days are rare and unforgettable.
